Blair Water Supply Corporation purchases water from the City of Abilene therefore, we are required to follow their guidelines for water conservation. At the present time we are on a 2-Day a Week Watering Schedule. If Abilene makes a change, we will also. Odd Number Addresses - Thurs & Sun, Midnight to 10 am and 6 pm to Midnight
Even Number Addresses - Tues & Sat, Midnight to 10 am and 6 pm to Midnight
